Our lawyers are promoted according to the Career Development Plan specific to our office, where they are rated as lawyer, senior lawyer and partner lawyer based on their competence, experience and merits. We evaluate the development and competencies of our lawyers according to their performance in certain jobs and 360-degree feedback system. Feedback and evaluation results form the basis of career advances and promotions. Although all of our lawyers speak Turkish and English, the majority of our lawyers are also fluent in German, French and Russian as a third language. We receive support from a large team of consultants in technical and non-legal matters, as well as consultants and lawyers we are in contact with.
